Academic Rules & Regulations

• The school reserves the right to strike the name of the roll or stop him/her from appearing for any examination for non-payment of fees and other dues before the commence of examinations.
• Offering gifts (cash or kind) to the members of teaching staff either by parents or by students is prohibited. Serious actions shall be taken by the management if comes to know of such cases.
• Parents/Guardians can visit their ward(s) after obtaining written permission from the principal. Only parents are allowed to take by the children out from the school/hostel.
• During the vacation, if the parents desire that the student be taken home by an authorized person, the person who is coming must carry an authorization letter with signature of the person coming duly attested by the parent whose signature should be in the school records.
• The school reserves the right to expel a student. At any time for indulging in misconduct or any discipline case. Such students, depending on the severity of the offense, may be handed over to the parents and the TC will be issued immediately with remark “Expelled for misconduct”.
• All students, attending school must wear the prescribed school uniform during journeys while traveling from and to the school.
• The complete medical records of the child/Ward must be furnished for perusal at the time of admission the medical report that is submitted must invariably contain all the relevant medical information relation to child since birth.
• Colour dress is permitted to be worn by the entire school on certain occasions deemed fit by the management  However the child is permitted to wear his/her best outfit on his/her birthday proper dress code is to be maintained always.
• A Student may be expelled from the school for any gross on discipline in all such cases the parents are to come and pick such children from the school.
• A Student is not permitted to make calls to parents/guardians. Frequent telephone calls from parents are discouraged since it interferes with academic performance of the Students. Parents at best may call up their wards maximum twice a month.
• Students are strictly not allowed to carry and use mobile phones.
